The camping and caravan sites at the Adventist Alpine Village are set in picturesque, spacious grounds. Surrounded by natural bush, you will often see kangaroos, wallabies, wombats and birds around the campground. The bathroom facilities are excellent – also catering for wheelchair access. Our campground is dog friendly*, provided the dog is on-lead at all times

Clear Guidelines for a Smooth Stay

Please review the following terms to ensure a comfortable and seamless stay at Adventist Alpine Village

Adventist Alpine Village is a tobacco, alcohol and drug free environment

The maximum chalet capacity is nine people

Chalet check-in is after 2pm and check-out is by 10am

Weekends are Friday and Saturday nights inclusive. Long weekends are from Friday 4pm until Monday 10am

Your booking application states that you will be prepared to clean your Chalet before departure

No GST applicable on these rates. (Under Section s38-250(1) a New Tax System, 1999)

The Chalet rates DO NOT include the use of the Lodge

Children 4 years and under are free, unless part of the minimum charge

Bookings are only confirmed when the deposit has been paid

NO items are to be removed from the Chalet

GROUP cooking in the Chalets is not permitted

No pets are allowed inside accommodation areas. Penalties exceed $500

One night accommodation (weekdays only) is subject to availability one week prior to arrival date

A 50% deposit of the total tariff, per Chalet, is required and payable within 14 days of booking. Read cancellation policy

Full payment is due 28 days before arrival for Peak Season

The person who booked the Chalet/s (or nominated person) is responsible for full payment of the booking for all guests in that Chalet or Chalets booked under the same name

To check in, first, check your email and text message for your unique access code. Next, use the code to open the key box and retrieve your key. Then, make your way to the boom gate to enter the campground. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and closed on Saturdays, with after-hours check-in available. On Sundays, the check-in kiosk can be used if needed. If you need assistance at any time, please call (02) 6456-2738.

Check-in for accommodation is available after 2 PM, and check-out is required by 10 AM.

Don’t want to leave your beloved pet behind on your next holiday? No worries! At Adventist Alpine Village (AAV) Campground, we’re thrilled to welcome your canine companions, feline friends, and other cherished pets.

To help protect our local wildlife, we welcome pets in the campground area as long as they are kept on a lead at all times. However, pets are not permitted inside any accommodation. If you’re planning to bring a pet, we recommend giving us a call beforehand to ensure the best experience for you and your furry friend.
