General

Where can I find the site map? – You can view the site map here.

What are the office hours? – 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday

What time is check-in and check-out? – Check-in time is from 2pm* onwards and checkout time is by 10am. If you have a campground site booked, you may be able to access your site before 4pm on date of arrival. Please contact us to enquire. *Weekend check-in times are subject to change

Is the Adventist Alpine Village Pet Friendly? – Our campground is pet friendly provided the pet is on a lead at all times. Pets are not allowed to stay in any of the accommodation.

Can I arrive after hours? – Yes, so long as you have booked and paid either online or over-the-phone within our reception hours. You will receive your boom gate access code with your payment receipt. Keys and any other information associated with your booking will be pinned on our notice board outside our reception door.

Can I get a refund for my booking if I am no longer able to come? – Please see our cancellation policy for more information.

Do we need to clean our room before checking out? – We ask that you are courteous to our cleaners and leave your room neat and tidy when checking out. Please clean as you see necessary – there is a vacuum, broom, dustpan, mop and cleaning cloth provided in your accommodation. If there has been any notable spills, marks or breakages during your stay, please notify us so that we can fix it/clean it thoroughly.

Is there Wi-Fi? – We do have Wi-Fi available for guests, though unfortunately our coverage has a few black spots.

Can we use the on-site mountain bike track? – Yes of course. Please sign a waiver at our reception before you ride.

Facilities

Are there washing facilities? – Yes, we have a campground laundry, chalet laundry and lodge laundry. Each of these have a washing machine and dryer which is coin operated at $3 per load.

Is there linen supplied? – No, though linen packs can be added to your booking at an extra cost.

Is there any disabled facilities? – Yes we have chalets and lodge units that accommodate disabled guests. The campground also has disabled bathrooms.

What is available for use in the self-catering kitchen? – Our self-catering kitchen is available for guests staying in our lodge units and caters for up to 30 people at a time. There are 3 main kitchen bays. These bays have their own fridges, microwaves, kettles, toasters, stovetops, ovens, sinks, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans, cups, mugs and other kitchen accessories. There are 3 inside tables with 30 chairs, and 3 outdoor tables with 23 outdoor seats. The self-catering kitchen also has an outdoor BBQ.

Can I leave my food in the self-catering kitchen? – Yes. It is a shared space so please keep your food together and leave space for others.

Do you have a campground kitchen? – There is an undercover kitchen area in our campground. This area has BBQs, microwaves, a kettle, tables and a sink area with hot and cold water.

Can we have a fire in the campground? – Fires are allowed provided they don’t mark/char the ground. We have a few fire pits available for use or you can use your own.

Can we bring a generator? – Only quiet generators can be used between 9am and 9pm.

Can we use the Lodge area? – The Lodge areas are available for hire. Please contact us to make an enquiry.

Does the Lodge have a projector? – Yes, there is a projector in both the lounge room and conference room of the lodge.

Do you have catering available for guests? – Yes, we have catering available for groups of more than 30 people. For more information and pricing please contact us.
