To check in, first, check your email and text message for your unique access code. Next, use the code to open the key box and retrieve your key. Then, make your way to the boom gate to enter the campground. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and closed on Saturdays, with after-hours check-in available. On Sundays, the check-in kiosk can be used if needed. If you need assistance at any time, please call (02) 6456-2738.

Check-in for accommodation is available after 2 PM, and check-out is required by 10 AM.

Don’t want to leave your beloved pet behind on your next holiday? No worries! At Adventist Alpine Village (AAV) Campground, we’re thrilled to welcome your canine companions, feline friends, and other cherished pets.

To help protect our local wildlife, we welcome pets in the campground area as long as they are kept on a lead at all times. However, pets are not permitted inside any accommodation. If you’re planning to bring a pet, we recommend giving us a call beforehand to ensure the best experience for you and your furry friend.
